1.      How do I find more information about the hotels you provide?

We provide first class hotels in all our tours, unless a request has been made by the group leader for tourist class hotels or Deluxe Hotels. All rooms, in all classes include a private bathroom. Please click here to learn more about the first class hotel we provide.

 

2.      Is it true that we don’t need a visa to Israel and Jordan?

US citizens don’t need a visa to enter Israel and Jordan. If a visit to different countries is included in your itinerary or you are not a US citizen, please contact us and we will help you with the visa issue.

 

3.      For how long does my passport need to be valid?

Your passport should be valid for six months following the entry date to the last country you will visit. For example: If you are schedule to enter Egypt on April 12, 2012 and then enter Israel on April 16, 2012, your passport expiration date should be later than October 16, 2012.

 

4.      Why do I need to pay deposit?

A deposit of $350 is required to secure you seat, it is due with your registration. Please click here to learn more about our “Risk free registration”.

 

5.      Is the number of travelers limited?

Yes. Each tour is designed for a fixed number of travelers. Once this limit is reached the tour status is “Sold Out” and travelers can sign up for the waiting list.

 

6.      What do you include in the published price?

The terms and conditions section at the end of each itinerary includes a section that details the tour components that are included in the published price. Most of our tours include: hotels, daily breakfast and dinner, entrance fees to sites included in the published itinerary, and tour guide and bus services for the entire itinerary. Additional tour components may include other items in the price like flights, visas, and tips.

 

7.      Do you provide domestic flights to connect to the international flight?

Yes. Our policy is to make your tour simple. Our main carriers have a policy that assures that your connection flight’s time will be guaranteed, if you purchase the entire flight itinerary with the same carrier throughout our agency. We would like to recommend you to contact us as soon as you know about the needed domestic flights. In most cases, the earlier we make your reservation the less you pay. 8.      Could I join the tour with my physical disabilities?

Different tours require different physical ability. In general, our itineraries include short walks in the streets combine with stops for learning, rest and breaks. As this is a very personal matter, please contact us with any concerns about the physical challenge.

 

9.      When do I need to pay for the tour?

A deposit of $350 is required with the registration. The final payment due date for the tour including the travel insurance is published in the terms and conditions section at the end of each itinerary. Many travelers make monthly payments for the tour to avoid a big transaction on the final payment date. 10.  Do you offer travel insurance? Is it mandatory?

Yes. Our travel insurance supplier is “Travelex” which has been serving the travel community for many years. Although our travel insurance policies were carefully chosen to cover your travel needs at a reasonable price, it is not mandatory to purchase travel insurance from us. 11.  What should I prepare for the tour?

ü  When signing up make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the entrance to the last country of your itinerary. Sign up for the tour and for the travel insurance.

ü  Make sure you have your medicines for the entire tour in the original boxes. We recommend you have prescriptions for these medicines as well.

ü  Ensure that you meet the visa requirements for the countries you will visit.

ü  Get the most updated luggage limits for your flight.

ü  Add to your packing: light bible, sunglasses, camera, extra batteries, map of your destination, waterproof jacket, umbrella, modest dress, sunscreen, prescription glasses or contact lens, electronic convertor.
 

12.  What if I don’t have a roommate, will I need to pay the supplemental for single room?

Yes. Remember, we want you on board! We will use every resource available to find you a roommate and save your money. In case we fail to find you a roommate we will inform you before the final date and you can choose to cancel without cancellation fees, if you don’t like to pay the single room supplement.

 

13.  What are the forms of payments you accept?

Your convenience is our priority. We accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards and Paypal. If you are paying by personal checks please send your payment 14 days before the payment date to allow sufficient clearing time.

 

14.  Do you offer discounts?

Yes, in most of our tours. The terms and conditions section at the end of each itinerary includes a section that details the discounts available for the tour.

You can enjoy up to three discounts:
1) Early registration discount of $50 if you sign up for the tour 240 days or more before departure.
2) Early full payment discount of $50 if you complete your payment 170 days or more before the departure date.
3) Extra family member discount - if you have more than two family members traveling together you are eligible for a $50 discount for the third and the fourth travelers. This discount can be applied only once

 

15.  What is “Risk Free Registration”?

We guarantee full refund if you need to cancel you registration more than 100 days before departure. Your cancellation has to be made with a written notice by fax or mail. Email cancellation will not be acceptable. We will refund all moneys collected including the insurance premium.

While in your destination:

1.      Where will I meet your representative?

Our representative will meet you at the destination’s airport. Security regulations change from one country to another, you will be informed by our staff on the exact meeting location at the airport. In most cases you will meet our representative in the customs area

 

2.      Is there a dress code required for the tour?

There is no dress code required for the tour. A few sites require a modest dress code. In the final itinerary there will be recommendations for daily dressing in the tour.

 

3.      Will you have a representative with us the entire tour?

Yes. Our representative will be with you the entire itinerary. The only time you will not be escorted by our representative is when you are shopping or taking special tours for yourself like extra days, evening tours etc.

 

4.      What additional expenses do I need to expect during the tour?

During the tour additional expenses are of personal nature. The terms and conditions section at the end of each itinerary includes a section that details tour components that are not included in the published price. It is common that lunches, tips, expenses of a personal nature like souvenirs and local snacks will not be included in the tour price

 

5.      Does your tour guide speak English?

Yes. The tour guides are required to take a test to verify if their English level is suitable to be a tour guide. We offer services of Spanish, French and many other languages as well.
